Refurbishment brings a tired coach or bus back to like-new condition — inside and out. From reupholstered seating and new flooring to full bodywork and a fresh repaint, every element is restored to original-equipment standard in our 32,000 sq-ft shop.

Interior restoration

The cabin is stripped back and rebuilt for everyday service. Seating is re-trimmed or replaced, flooring is re-laid, and panels, grab rails, ceilings and trim are renewed throughout. Lighting, destination signage and passenger fittings are refreshed at the same time, so the finished interior is clean, hard-wearing and ready to carry passengers again.

Bodywork & repaint

Dents, damaged panels and corrosion are repaired or replaced, then the body is prepared, primed and refinished in our spray booth. Colours are matched precisely to your existing livery and sealed with a protective clear coat. Decals, fleet numbers and lettering are reapplied to finish, leaving the exterior looking factory-fresh.

Floors & structure

Worn flooring is lifted and the subfloor inspected for rot and hidden corrosion. Structural sections, stairwells and wheel arches are repaired or fabricated where needed, and any compromised steel is cut out and renewed. A fresh, hard-wearing floor is then laid so the vehicle is sound underfoot and structurally safe for years of service.

Mechanical & electrical

Running gear, lighting and wiring are inspected and renewed so the vehicle performs as well as it looks. Tired looms, fittings and light units are replaced, batteries and key systems are checked over, and faults are diagnosed and put right. Everything is tested before the coach leaves the shop, so it goes back into service dependable end to end.

  • Turnaround depends on the scope of work and the condition of the vehicle. A focused interior refresh can take a couple of weeks, while a full strip-down with bodywork and repaint usually runs several weeks. We confirm a schedule once the vehicle has been assessed.

  • Yes. We handle refurbishment for fleet operators of all sizes and can liaise with insurers where the work follows collision or fire damage.

  • Our 32,000 sq-ft shop has drive-in bays sized for coaches, city buses and longer vehicles. If you are unsure whether your vehicle fits, send us the dimensions and we will confirm.

  • Yes. Paint is matched precisely to your current livery, and decals, fleet numbers and lettering are reapplied after refinishing so the vehicle returns looking consistent with the rest of your fleet.
