Overview

Inside our body & paint work

Bodywork and paint are what your fleet shows the world. We repair panels and bodywork, refinish in our spray booth with Axalta paint systems for a durable factory-match finish, reapply livery and decals, and fit OEM-spec upgrades — all in-house, to original-equipment standard.

Bodywork & panel repair

Dents, damaged panels and corrosion are repaired or replaced and the body is brought back to its original lines. Because a coach or bus has several times the panel area of a car, every section is prepared properly so the finish that follows is even and lasts.

  • Dent, panel & corrosion repair
  • Body rebuilt to original lines
  • Full surface preparation

Spray booth & refinishing

Refinishing is done in our spray booth, not in the open shop, so dust and temperature are controlled. Panels are primed, then topcoats and clear are built up and baked for a durable, even finish. Colours are matched precisely with Axalta paint systems for a factory-match result.

Livery, decals & wraps

Old vinyls and graphics are stripped, and fresh livery, fleet numbers, lettering and decals are applied after refinishing. Whether it is a single repair blended into existing livery or a full fleet rebrand, the vehicle returns consistent with the rest of your fleet.

  • Vinyl & graphics removal
  • Livery, fleet numbers & lettering
  • Single repair or full rebrand

OEM-spec upgrades

Beyond cosmetics, we fit original-equipment-spec upgrades and replacement components — exterior fittings, lighting, panels and trim — using OEM procedures. The vehicle stays compliant and consistent with manufacturer standards rather than patched with mismatched parts.

  • They are replacement components and upgrades fitted to original-equipment specification using manufacturer procedures — lighting, panels, fittings and trim — so the vehicle stays compliant and consistent rather than patched with mismatched parts.
